The place where Juan Blea writes about all that is good and strong and beautiful!

a poem to those who've died of an OverDose

you are here

not in flesh, but in spirit

like a butterfly’s wing that hits the sea

you left a ripple that grows

and grows….

Your smile was a sun at night

flowers bloomed under your moonbeam glow

and danced with the tides to your moon-dance rhythm

Your light could turn dark cold winter

into bright warm summer

Last night, I dreamed that I died

and rode your sea ripple

and was reborn as a full-bloom rose

sleep now in peaceful dreams

amid an unfair slumber

and i will fight in words and deeds

and together we’ll dance in moonbeam glow

and rise and kiss the moon
